The item ships standard freight, which includes curbside delivery. After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Your oven will be shipped out within 3 business days since your order placement.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Clementi's average time to fulfill backorders is less than 30 days.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Your oven will be shipped by truck to your home or business using Curbside Service. This oven is packaged in a cardboard carton with foam padding and wood corner supports. We will give you further instruction in your Order Confirmation email. When we are ready to deliver the oven, we will call ahead to schedule a drop-off. Our service includes the lift-gate service that sets your Alfresco product on your driveway

Once your crate arrives, inspect it carefully BEFORE the driver leaves.
Check Shock Watch on exterior of the crate to make sure it was not set off. If the Shock Watch is RED, that indicates rough handling of your crate by the freight company.
Instructions and a claim form will attached to the crate. Contact our agent using the contact info on the forms. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or a refund.
We are happy to arrange a return and refund your money if there is no defect and you simply want to return the product within 14 days since item's arrival.
